Probate, Guardianships and Conservatorships At The Law Offices of Doug White, we can help an executor administer the estate, ensuring that probate procedures are followed, and that the decedent's estate is properly administered.  This includes collecting the assets, liquidating liabilities, paying the necessary taxes, and distributing the assets.  The appointment of Guardians and Conservators is also part of the Probate Court.  We can help you draw up the paperwork for the appointment of a guardian and/or conservatorship for people that cannot care for themselves, whether due to mental infirmity or advanced age.  After the paperwork is filed, we will represent your interests in Probate Court.
