Doug has extensive trial experience in civil litigation proceedings. His practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, and collections. Doug also has experience in FELA railroad litigation and worker's compensation. He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, in addition to trying many bench trials. In addition, Doug's background includes corporate and business law practice. Doug served in the Nebraska Army National Guard for two years and then in the United States Air Force for twelve years. He has extensive knowledge of military law and procedure and is always looking to assist our military personnel and their families. He has been active in both his local and state bar associations. Doug has also participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Project and is listed with the Omaha Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service.
